Sunday -  CLOSED

Appointments:

To help provide timely service to all our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. Please help us to maintain everyone's schedules by arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment we will try to work you back into the schedule if possible.  Out of courtesy to our other patients we may be forced to reschedule your appointment.


Missed or cancelled appointments:    You must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a $50 No Show charge.

Appointment Policies

  • Our practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as we believe everyone’s time is equally valuable.
  • As a courtesy, we will remind you of your upcoming appointments via phone/text message/email.
  • We understand sometimes things happen beyond your control that may cause you to be late. However, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.
     

Missed Appointments


Defined as arriving late by 15 minutes or more for your appointment or not showing up for a scheduled appointment. This represents a cost to us, to you, and to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you.

  • We request 24 hours' notice for cancellation of appointments.
  • A fee may be charged for a second missed appointment and subsequent missed appointments.
  • The third consecutive missed appointment in a 12-month time frame may result in discharge from the practice.
  • For new patients, a fee may be charged if the FIRST appointment is missed.
